The most popular brownie that Zingerman’s fans have been feasting on for over three decades! They have a soft, chocolate, chewy interior studded with toasted walnuts, and are covered with a thin chocolate crust. Made with Callebaut chocolate, Wisconsin butter, real vanilla extract, fresh eggs, and regional organic, soft white, whole wheat pastry flour, stone-milled and finely sifted to an 80% extraction by Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, Illinois. A quarter pound of flavor in each one!
